Go to the registration page. Choose between Trade Account Application OR a 30 day credit account Credit Account Application for which you need to download & fill in a credit application form. Or simply Register with your name, email address and a password of your choice to buy now without opening a trade account or start shopping and then check out as a Guest.
You have received an email from email@example.com entitled Whizzle Ltd-Account Activation. Click on the text that says this link occasionally this will not work depending on your settings in which case you need to copy and paste the URL.
Now all you have to do is enter a password of your choice in the Password box and then reenter the password in the confirm box and click on submit. Your account is then set up on the email address you have used.
You need to be logged into your account to see your prices. Go to the tab at the top of the page and click on customer login. Enter the email address that you registered with and your password in the boxes and click on login now. Now the prices you see are your trade prices.
Go to the tabs at the top of the page and click on Login, then click on the Forgot your Password link. Enter the email address that you registered with and click on Submit, you will then receive an email with instructions on resetting your password.
Please make sure that you enter the new password confirmation exactly as you entered the password. Also please remember that your new password needs to contain a mix of capitals and lower case letters and numbers and symbols and be at least 6 characters long.
Once logged on go to the Account tab in the header then click on Order History. You can view details such as where an order was sent to, order status and invoice numbers. You can also click through to see details of a product that you have previously bought. You can search your previous orders by product to see when you last ordered it etc.
For orders sent in parcels you should receive notification via email and/or text to notify you of when your parcel will be delivered. These notifications will give you the option to change your delivery – redirect to a neighbour/ safe place/ redeliver on another day. Please make use of these if you are not available to take your scheduled delivery.
If you are a business outside of Great Britain please contact us regarding the possibility of us being able to deliver to you. We can only deliver to businesses who are VAT registered in their country and who have signed DAP terms and conditions with ourselves. Businesses outside of the UK will be liable for duty in their country and be placing orders of over £150 ex VAT
This is most likely due to a problem with our online payment service with a problem at their end. Please try putting through the order in half an hours time. This error is out of our hands and we have to wait for it to be up and running again for card payments to work.
This error is normally returned when the order placed exceeds your credit limit or there is an outstanding invoice. You can also look at your account details via the account details tab at the top of the page and then under the Page Links click on View Account Details. There you can see your credit limit , current balance and current credit. Please call or e-mail us for more information.

There you can see any baskets that you have saved and review before activating the basket. You can either select which basket you want to add to a new shopping cart by clicking on Activate Basket or just add individual items to the basket. You can also see related products and click through to the product category to view similar items. Please note that if you activate a saved basket you need to do this before adding any extra items you might want to the basket.
