To ensure safety and comfort these Xpert Mitre Shears have a cushioned non-slip handle, and a safety lock to ensure extra safety. To use put the safety lock in the down position to open the jaws then to cut place the item against the guard lined up with the desired angle marked on the face. These Mitre Shears are not for sale to people under the age of 18. Store with jaws locked.
